P2 Energy Solutions is expanding the scope of our upstream business solutions to better meet the needs of our customers.

 

P2 currently delivers a strong solution set of decision making information to the engineering and operations groups at our customers, including oil and gas sales and production volumes, Capital (AFE) and Lease Operating Expense (LOE) data, Land and Lease data, Joint Venture billing information, well master data, and a complete complement of other information critical to run the business and make timely and accurate business decisions. While there is a good strategic fit between the financial and reserves management business processes and data, P2 recognizes that there are tremendous synergies to improve business process workflows and provide enhanced decision-making information to the engineering and operations groups. P2 will continue to enhance our product offerings and focus additional capabilities on the engineering and operations groups, including solutions to improve business workflows, streamline production capture to revenue and regulatory reporting processes, and improve visualization of the overwhelming amount of information currently coming at the engineering and operations departments of our customers. P2 Energy Solutions expects to continue to expand our offerings in these areas through both internal product development efforts and continued strategic and tactical acquisitions.
