The Tobin digital lease update data is offered for more than 250 counties in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Utah, Mississippi and New Mexico, and provides a monthly updating service for this product as an annual subscription. Every month, Tobin collects from county courthouses oil and gas leases, lease and seismic options in addition to assignments which have been filed of record and processes the information along with mapping the descriptions to create this product. The scale and accuracy is the same as the Tobin Landgrid and Survey data.

The Tobin database of ownership data is a grid of current and dated cadastral and tract data. This data represents a sub-survey/sub-section level of landgrid data to assist the upstream oil and gas industry with mapping their proprietary leases or contracts as well as providing a spatial context for a company’s oil and gas leases and contracts in addition to the Tobin Digital Leases. Tobin has ownership data in approximately 300 counties primarily in the gulf coast and mid-continent areas. The scale and accuracy is the same as the Tobin Landgrid and Survey data. Oklahoma Ownership

The Tobin database of well locations is the primary source for accurate well locations in the upstream E & P industry. Tobin has mapped approximately 2.6 million well locations across the entire United States and offshore with the exception of the Appalachian Basin. Each well has been interactively mapped using the Tobin Landgrid and Survey data as well as the most current imagery available. The scale and accuracy is the same as the Tobin Landgrid and Survey data.

The Tobin database of landgrid and survey data is the primary source in the upstream oil and gas industry for mapping exploration, exploitation and production prospects and projects. This data covers the entire United States, Alaska and the offshore areas (East Coast, West Coast, GoM and Alaska) and is built using official governmental sources such as the U.S.G.S. and BLM for Jeffersonian data and the Texas General Land Office (GLO) for Texas Survey data. It is further supplemented with documented GPS and monument points. Geodetics is applied to ensure accurate global positioning. The scale is at 1:24,000 which is an accuracy of +/- 40 feet on the ground matching the accuracy levels defined in the national mapping standards.

The 1:100K SuperBase Culture File is a product of the merging and processing of attributes from two databases originally created and distributed by the National Cartographic Information Center of the U. S. Geological Survey (U.S.G.S.). These data sets include transportation and hydrography from the Digital Line Graphs (DLGs) digitized from the 1:100,000 topographic quadrangles and the National Geographic Names Database, one of four that comprise the Geographic Names Information System (GNIS). The data have been reprocessed and reorganized, and the multitude of feature codes have been combined into distinct attributes, providing more flexibility in mapping select features.

The Tobin database of directional well surveys is the primary source of this data in a digital form in the industry. Tobin gathers and collects the data from the various data sources whether digital or hardcopy and delivers a final composite digital directional survey. The output is standardized to a consistent calculation algorithm and is available to different North references. This data is integrated with and tied to the Tobin Well Locations and then is spatially registered to the Tobin Landgrid and Survey product. Currently, surveys are being built in the Gulf Coast (La. and Texas) and the North Texas areas.

Tobin creates and markets customer specific digital and raster data products on a continuing basis. These products include such data sets as a BLM survey product, a Soils product, a U.S. Wetlands product, a Global Planner raster product and a U.S. shoreline product. All data sets include supportive relational attribute data, are topological and are mapped and fitted to SuperBase.
