Gary R. Vickers
Gary R. Vickers is founder and chairman of P2 Energy Solutions and Petroleum Place, respectively. Starting with a simple vision in 1998, Mr. Vickers and his colleagues have fashioned the industry's leading ERP software and data service vendor specializing in the global upstream energy sector. Today P2 Energy Solutions' products and services are deployed in over 450 energy companies. The Company reports annual revenues well in excess of $100 million annually and services clients throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East with over 550 qualified and dedicated oil and gas professionals. Mr. Vickers has identified and led all in-house merger, acquisition and integration efforts through the consolidation of The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse, Inc. (1999), Paradigm Technologies (2000), Novistar (2002), Tobin International (2003) and Qbyte (2005) into P2 Energy Solutions. The amalgamation of these companies has created a unique 21st-century upstream oil and gas service company assisting its clients with global IT solutions, data solutions and transactional services to maximize value in core upstream business processes and in their producing and non- producing oil and gas portfolios.

Mr. Vickers has over 20 years of combined investment banking and operating experience in the software development and energy industries. Prior to founding Petroleum Place and P2 Energy Solutions, Mr. Vickers served as a consultant and strategic adviser for the Information Handling Services ("IHS") Energy Group. Mr. Vickers also served as the president of Creative Programming and Technology Ventures, Inc. ("CPTV"), a company that made early stage investments in and proactively operated several emerging growth software companies. Mr. Vickers joined CPTV after serving as a vice president for Dean Witter Reynolds Investment Banking firm. Mr. Vickers also serves on the advisory board of directors of the Carlyle Riverstone Global Energy Private Equity Funds (NY, Washington D.C.) and is active in numerous energy forums and associations.
 
Tarig Anani
Tarig Anani is president of P2 Energy Solutions with overall P&L responsibility. Previously, he served for 5 years as president, international and chief legal officer of P2 Energy Solutions. He is also a member of the board of both P2ES Holdings, Inc and the Petroleum Place, Inc. Prior to joining P2, Mr. Anani built up SAP’s practice in a 19-country region in the Middle East. Before his transition to the software world, Mr. Anani worked for several years as a corporate attorney with the law firm of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, concentrating on M&A work and representing the firm’s largest client, Pemex. Mr. Anani is the recipient of the “Best Enterprise Resource Planning” award from former U.S. vice president Al Gore and is listed in Marquis’ “Who’s Who in American Law” and “Who’s Who in the World.” Mr. Anani is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Supreme Court and earned a bachelor of arts and a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Houston, a master of business administration from Rice University and an advanced law degree from Stanford University.
 
Peter Huggard
Peter Huggard serves as president of the P2 Energy Solutions Canadian division (formerly Qbyte). Mr. Huggard has held this position for 10 years with IBM and its predecessor Price Waterhouse Coopers. Mr. Huggard has a deep understanding of the problems facing the global upstream oil and gas industry, and the business solutions needed to address those problems. Mr. Huggard recently led the P2 Energy Solutions software product strategy initiative, providing vision and discernment in developing a consensus strategy with other key managers on future product direction. Mr. Huggard holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of New Brunswick, and is a certified management consultant and chartered accountant. He founded and led Coopers & Lybrand Consulting Group’s Canadian Petroleum Practice and has worked as a consultant in North America, Europe and South East Asia. Mr. Huggard has spoken at petroleum industry conferences in Calgary, Houston, Bangkok and Manila.
 
George Telford
George Telford is senior vice president of professional services. Mr. Telford has in excess of 20 years experience with software development and implementation in the upstream oil and gas business. As a consulting practice director at Oracle Corporation and later as director, consulting for Novistar, Mr. Telford oversaw several implementations of the Oracle Energy products, including implementations at Phillips Petroleum, Conoco, Dynegy and others. In his role as senior vice president, professional services for Novistar, he managed a group of 100+ personnel providing accounting services to clients using the Oracle Energy products. Mr. Telford was a founder and vice president of Triangle Software Systems from 1984 to 1991 where he led the design, development and support for Triangle's upstream oil and gas product. When Ernst & Young acquired the Triangle Software systems products in 1991, Mr. Telford continued his responsibilities as a partner with Ernst & Young Canada.
 
Mark Eikermann
Mark Eikermann serves as senior vice president of product development and support for P2 Energy Solutions in the United States. Mr. Eikermann has extensive domain specific technology experience with energy related software at Oracle, Novistar, and Paradigm Technologies. Mr. Eikermann held various technology management roles including development manager, product manager, and development director during his six years at Oracle. As development director for the Oracle Energy division, Mr. Eikermann oversaw the technology and product changes needed to move the suite from a client server suite with 12 applications to a Web-enabled application suite with over 20 applications modules focused specifically on upstream business processes. Prior to joining Oracle Corporation, Mr. Eikermann served as manager of upstream operational software for Paradigm Technologies directing product development as well as leading system implementations at over 30 new oil and gas clients. Mr. Eikermann also has nine years of oil and gas industry experience in various IT and functional roles for Hallwood/Quinoco and Texaco. Mr. Eikermann has a bachelor of science degree in economics and computer systems management from Metropolitan State College.

Rick Rivich
Rick Rivich is senior vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Rivich has responsibility for leading the sales and marketing organization, with a focus on software and data products sales. With experience in managing large complex sales, Mr. Rivich introduced a strategic selling model to P2 Energy Solutions in 2005 that has proven very successful. Prior to joining P2 Energy Solutions, Mr. Rivich was vice president of SunGard Energy Systems, where he managed the energy sales and marketing teams. Mr. Rivich also has experience building and managing successful sales organizations as a vice president with Computer Associates and Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Mr. Rivich has a bachelor of science in business management from Louisiana Tech University.
 
Tom Neubert
Tom Neubert is senior vice president of data products and services and has over 20 years of experience in energy related data management. Mr. Neubert has been chief financial officer and chief operating officer of several energy data companies including SoftSearch Inc. and Tobin Data Graphics, the predecessor company to Tobin International. Mr. Neubert received his bachelor of business administration from St. Bonaventure University while studying a combined program of accounting and business management and he is a graduate of General Electric Company's Financial Management Program.
 
Darrell Jones
Darrell Jones is executive vice president of Excalibur consulting services and he has served as executive vice president of Paradigm Technologies since 1991. He’s been responsible for many aspects of Excalibur’s business including administration, sales support, client support and training, client data conversions, applications software development, documentation, quality assurance and distribution. He has served the company in a variety of capacities, including manager of R&D and software support. From 1977 to 1982, Mr. Jones worked in a variety of finance and accounting capacities in the upstream petroleum industry for such companies as Transco Exploration, Howell Petroleum, and BlueSky Oil & Gas. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Jones was with Gathers Software (now Gemisys Inc) in Houston as a client implementation and support consultant, software designer and sales representative. Mr. Jones holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He also is a licensed CPA.
 
Jerry Rugg
Jerry Rugg is president of Petroleum Financial Inc., the wholly owned business process outsourcing and Excalibur hosting subsidiary of P2 Energy Solutions. He also serves as senior vice president of P2 Energy Solutions. Mr. Rugg has 26 years experience with various privately held oil and gas companies serving as Controller for 18 years prior to joining Petroleum Financial in 1998. Mr. Rugg has served as president of Petroleum Financial since November 2000. He is a member of the Council of Petroleum Accountants Society, serving on the board of the Fort Worth chapter, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Independent Petroleum Association of America.

Audrey Rogers
Audrey Rogers is senior vice president of human resources. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources in both traditional and start-up companies. She has served in human resource management positions for several international corporations in the high tech and food industries including Level 3 Communications, Inc. and ConAgra Foods, Inc., Ms. Roger's experience encompasses the development and implementation of all aspects of HR within organizations including strategic planning, benefits, compensation, employee retention programs, employee relations, recruitment, organizational development, training, employment and human resource systems. Ms. Rogers holds a bachelor of arts in sociology and psychology from Hastings College. She has been certified as a senior professional in human resources through the national Human Resources Certification Institute. She has served on the board of trustees for Hastings College and is a director for several other Boards. She also serves as secretary and director for Petroleum Place, Inc. and P2ES Holdings, Inc.
 
Christopher Kelly
Christopher Kelly is vice president of finance and accounting and has more than 14 years of experience of corporate-based and consulting experience in the fields of accounting and finance in both traditional and start-up companies. Mr. Kelly has served as vice president of finance and accounting, controller and assistant secretary since March of 2000. From March of 1996 to February of 2000, Mr. Kelly served as corporate controller, assistant controller and manager of financial reporting at Colorado Gaming & Entertainment. From September 1992 to February 1996, he served as a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen LP. Mr. Kelly holds a bachelor of science in business from Colorado State University and is a certified public accountant.
 
Gerry Conroy
Mr. Conroy serves as vice president of engineering solutions. He has over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience and has held positions in engineering, finance, technical sales and product management. From 2004 through 2007, Mr. Conroy was director of business systems for Western Gas Resources and led software selection, development and implementation efforts for E&P business operations. From 2000 through 2004, Mr. Conroy was vice president of product management for TransZap (Oildex), leading product strategy, product management, and implementation of a workflow software solution. Prior to this, Mr. Conroy worked for Santa Fe Snyder, Conoco and Halliburton Energy Services. Mr. Conroy holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University and a master of business administration (finance) from Carnegie Mellon University.
 
Bruce MacDonald
Bruce MacDonald is the vice president responsible for global hosting operations for P2 Energy Solutions and the Canadian BPO services operation. Previously, he served for 20 years, in various senior level positions, and from 1989-2006 as vice president for P2 Energy Solutions Alberta (formerly Qbyte). He has over 25 years experience working in the oil and gas industry with major focus on sales, consulting, client services, corporate development, IT management and hosting services. Mr MacDonald has a Bachelors of Commerce, with a major in accounting from the University of Calgary and a professional accounting designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.
