Terminal Management

Manage Terminal Operations

  • Track details of all trips (shipments or cargo) and movements (the individual parcels from the terminal to the transportation vessel) from the terminal
  • Trip and movement events are recorded on an actual operations basis to maintain the actual inventory and lifting position of each trip and the terminal overall
  • Terminal Management manages all inventories, meter readings, run tickets and analysis readings associated with the terminal
  • All oil tank inventories, run tickets and meter volumes are standardized for temperature and gravity as per the API standards
  • Terminal Management provides balance positions for each party within the terminal

Manage Lifting Planning

  • Track details of all planned trips (shipments or cargo) and movements (the individual parcels from the terminal to the transportation vessel) from the terminal
  • Future trip and movement events are used to generate forecast inventory and lifting positions by party

Provide Party Positions

  • Actual allocated disposition volumes, party ownership of actual movements as well as projections of future availability by party are calculated through the Production Management and supply application's processes. Terminal Management utilizes these values to 'balance' the receipts, trips and inventories at the terminal.
